Bombay Funkadelic is a London based entertainment outfit. We specialise in organising, promoting and hosting Bollywood themed parties and events with a cheeky retro twist. Established in 2005, our monthly club night in London's west end is one of the UK's most popular and distinctive desi nights out.
Bombay Funkadelic comes highly recommended...here's what some fun-loving experts have to say about our events.
“A wonderful experience and a must visit for those who are craving for some Bollywood latka jhatka.”
Asian Voice (May 2011)
"For retro Bollywood vibes Bombay Funkadelic is your genuine destination.... It's just gone monthly with a funk-fuelled mix where you'll hear the likes of everything from James Brown and MIA to Asha Bhosle and Imran Khan from DJ Shai Guy. You'd better start practising your body waves and melodramatic chat-up lines now."
Time Out London (Sept 2010)
"A combustible mix of masala funk, disco and Bolly beats...This is one desi night that has a universal appeal among true blue Bolly lovers, fresh recruits to the genre post Slumdog Millionaire, and avid party-goers on the lookout for a good night out."
Eastern Eye (April 2009)
